• Take small breaks during your stay near the computer.
• Try doing stretching exercises at least once a day.
Even if you don't have any problems today, try adapting to a healthy posture when you sit near a computer. Always remember that you cannot avoid using computers, but you can avoid additional stress induced by improper seating postures often dubbed as a sign of a careless attitude. All in all, your neck, hands, wrists, shoulders and feet should be relaxed during computer usage.
